Getting test results

Find out the different ways to access your test results. 

There are several ways to access your test results:

The easiest way to get your results is via our online system or NHS app, you will be able to see all your results on the app. We will text you if you need to be reviewed by the doctor or nurse. 

If you do not have online access yet to our online system or the NHS app, please come to the Practice with your ID and we will arrange the access for you. 

Normally you can call us after few days to get your results on 020 7387 5798

Please call reception between 11:30 and 1:00pm to get your results. Please note that the receptionists are not medically qualified to explain your results, however, they will be able to advise you on whether you need to see a doctor for discussion or if no further action is required. 

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.  

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice. 

We are able to let you have your results by text message, so please ensure that you keep your contact details up to date. 

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
