Emergency
- Call 999 in an emergency, for example
- chest pain
- shortness of breath
- signs of stroke act F.A.S.T
- Facial weakness – can they smile? Has their mouth or eye drooped?
- Arm weakness – can they raise both arms?
- Speech problems – can they speak clearly and can they understand what you're saying?
- Time – it's time to call 999 immediately if you see any of these symptoms.
Out-of-hours Service/111
- If you are in need of urgent care and the practice is closed, please phone our Out of Hours provider on 020 8969 0808
- or call 111 - They will advise you and pass on our concerns to us
- Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens
Nearest NHS Walk-in Centre
If you need treatment of minor injuries, such as sprains, minor burns or urgent contraception advice, you can go to the Soho NHS Walk-in Centre at 1 Frith Street, London W1D 3HZ
Due to COVID-19, the walk-in service at Soho remains temporarily suspended.
Patients living in North West London can attend the booked clinic via a referral from the NHS 111 service or via self-referral by telephoning the clinic on 020 7534 6500. Face-to-face and virtual appointments will be available.
